Surveys are a great way to check in with your customer. KnoCommerce offers the ability to create custom surveys that you can embed in your Replo page.
To add a KnoCommerce widget to Replo page
- Go to the page in the Replo editor where you want to add a KnoCommerce widget.
- On the left side of the editor, click the "Components" toggle. Then, search for "KnoCommerce".
- Drag the KnoCommerce Widget anywhere you would like on the page.
- The KnoCommerce Widget requires three pieces information from your KnoCommerce dashboard:
- KnoCommerce Account ID - Found in KnoCommerce dashboard in 'Settings' -> 'Account'
- KnoCommerce API Key - Found in KnoCommerce dashboard in the 'Custom' Integration in 'Settings' -> 'Integration'
- Survey ID - Found in KnoCommerce dashboard in the URL of the Survey you would like to embed:
- Lastly, make sure that your KnoCommerce survey has been published and that you have selected "Add To Custom Confirmation Screen" in the survey settings.
Troubleshooting
- Please note that only 1 KnoCommerce survey can be added to a single page.
- If you are not seeing your KnoCommerce survey appear, be sure to double check your API Key, Account ID and Survey ID are all correct and that your survey has been published and added to the custom confirmation channel.
