Why am I getting an image source error?

Why does this happen?

You may see an error message that says "The image you selected contains a source value that is too long" when pasting images into Replo. This error often occurs when you copy SVG content from design platforms like Figma that contain embedded images. When these SVGs include regular images (like JPEGs or PNGs), they get converted into one large file that exceeds Replo's upload limit.

How to avoid this error

Instead of copying and pasting SVG content that contains embedded images:

  1. Save the images you want to use as separate files on your computer

  2. Upload these image files directly to your Replo page.
