Why is my product missing from the live Replo page?

Last updated: March 17, 2025

There are certain cases in which a product from your Shopify store might not appear on a live page created by Replo. In order for you to display a product in Replo, you'll need to have this product visible on its own product page on Shopify.

Common Causes & Resolutions

The product is not yet live on Shopify

To check if a product is live on your Shopify store, navigate to the product under the "Products" section of your Shopify store. On that page if there is not a "View" button in the top right hand corner, the product isn't live.

Setting this to a live product will allow it to appear on Replo-created pages.

The product is not assigned to a sales channel/online store

Your product must have an active sales channel/online store selected to appear on a live Replo page.

The product is created a by a third-party tool that hasn't created a live product page

Using the above steps, you can identify whether your product is live. If that product was created by a third-party tool (e.g, Bundles) you may need to use a Custom HTML component to enable its use on Replo. Please write in to our team for help!

The product's handle was recently changed

If you recently changed the product's handle (the page path that your product shows up at, e.g. /products/<product handle>/ on your store), Replo won't be able to read the data for your product. Make sure to re-select your product in Replo, then publish the Replo page to make sure your product data is visible.

Shopify 20-Product Limit

It's important to note that Shopify has a limit of 20 products per page. If you attempt to exceed this limit, you will encounter issues dynamically referencing and displaying products on you pages. Please see our dedicated article on this subject for more detailed information on this limit and how to work around it.
