What happens if I exceed my limit on my plan?

Replo plans have limits based on the product you're using. Here's what happens when you reach your limits and how to resolve it.

Shopify Theme Editor: Published Items

For the Shopify Theme Editor, your plan determines how many published items you can have. Published items include pages, sections, and other content published to your Shopify store.

  • Starter plan: 15 published items (with the option to purchase additional items at $100 per 20 items, up to 40 total)

  • Pro plan: Unlimited published items

What happens at the limit?

If you reach your published items limit:

  • You won't be able to publish new content until you either unpublish existing items or upgrade your plan

  • Your existing published pages will remain live and continue to work normally

  • You can still edit content in the Replo editor, but you cannot publish those changes

How to resolve it

  1. Unpublish unused items: Review your published content and unpublish any pages or sections you no longer need

  2. Purchase additional items: On the Starter plan, you can add more published items ($100 per 20 additional items)

  3. Upgrade your plan: The Pro plan includes unlimited published items

Replo Sites: Sessions and Messages

For Replo Sites, your plan limits are based on sessions (visitor traffic) and messages (AI chat interactions).

  • Free plan: 50 messages/month (can only publish to reploshops.com subdomain)

  • Starter plan: 400 messages/month, 100K sessions/month ($25 per 100 additional messages, $1.50 per 1K additional sessions)

  • Pro plan: Unlimited messages, 500K sessions/month ($1.00 per 1K additional sessions)

What happens at the limit?

If you exceed your session or message limits:

  • Sessions: You'll be charged for additional sessions at your plan's overage rate. Your pages will continue to work without interruption

  • Messages: Once you reach your message limit, additional AI chat interactions will be billed at the overage rate or paused until the next billing cycle (depending on your plan settings)

How to resolve it

  1. Monitor your usage: Check your session and message usage in the billing dashboard

  2. Upgrade your plan: Higher-tier plans include more sessions and messages at lower overage rates
