How do I delete my Replo account?

If you would like to completely delete your Replo account and all associated data, please email support@replo.app with your request.

In your email, please include:

• The email address associated with your Replo account
• Your workspace name (if applicable)
• Confirmation that you want to delete your account and all associated data

Our support team will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted.

Alternatives to account deletion

Before deleting your account, you may want to consider these alternatives:

• Uninstall Replo from Shopify: If you just want to remove Replo from your Shopify store without deleting your account, follow the steps in How to uninstall Replo from your Shopify store.
• Downgrade to free plan: You can keep your account and pages accessible by downgrading to our free plan.
