How do I request a refund?

If you'd like to request a refund please reach out to our customer support team. You can either use the chat bubble on the bottom of your screen or email us directly at billing@replo.app.

Please note that Replo does not use a prorated billing system. If you cancel your plan at the start of your billing cycle or subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means you will:

  • Maintain access to paid features until the end of the period

  • Not receive a prorated refund for any unused days
