What happens if I exceed my limit on my plan?

Overview
Each Replo plan includes specific limits for published items (for Shopify Theme Editor) and sessions/chats (for Replo Sites). If you exceed these limits, here's what happens and how to resolve it.
Shopify Theme Editor Limits
The Shopify Theme Editor limits the number of published items you can have live on your Shopify store at once. Published items include landing pages, product pages, collection pages, blog posts, sections, and any other content you publish to Shopify.
What counts as a published item?
- Any page or section actively published to your Shopify store
- Draft or unpublished content does not count toward your limit
Plan limits
- Starter ($99/month): 15 published items (can purchase up to 40 additional items at $100/20 items)
- Pro ($499/month): Unlimited published items
What happens if I exceed my limit?
If you've reached your published item limit:
- You won't be able to publish new content to Shopify until you either upgrade your plan or unpublish existing items
- Your existing published content will remain live and continue working normally
- You can still create and edit draft content in the Replo editor
Replo Sites Limits
Replo Sites tracks sessions (visitor traffic) and AI chat messages.
Session limits by plan
- Free: 1,000 sessions
- Starter ($99/month): 100,000 sessions/month ($1.50 per 1,000 sessions after)
- Pro ($499/month): 500,000 sessions/month ($1.00 per 1,000 sessions after)
AI chat message limits by plan
- Free: 50 messages/month
- Starter: 400 messages/month ($25 per 100 additional)
- Pro: Unlimited messages
What happens if I exceed session or chat limits?
For Starter and Pro plans, overage charges apply automatically—you won't lose access or experience downtime. For Free plans, you'll need to upgrade to continue using the feature.
How to Resolve Limit Issues
- Upgrade your plan — Visit your Replo dashboard → Workspace Settings → Billing to upgrade
- Purchase additional items — Starter plan users can purchase additional published item packs
- Unpublish unused content — Remove content you no longer need to free up space
