Consolidating Replo Workspaces

This guide will help you combine multiple workspaces into one without losing any of your shops or Shopify integrations. We updated our pricing policy at the end of 2024 so now each plan includes more published items and more Shopify integrations. Read more in our Pricing Documentation.
Move shop(s) to target workspace
Important: You must be a workspace owner to move shops. See 📄 Permissions in Replofor more info.
Check Integration Limits: Before attempting to move a shop, it's important to verify the integration limits of the target workspace. Each workspace may have a set number of allowable Shopify integrations, which could affect your ability to move a shop seamlessly. You can see more about the integration limits in our Pricing Documentation.
Check Shopify Integrations: If the workspace you want to move to is billed for Replo via a different Shopify store, or the shop you're trying to move is connected to a Shopify store used for billing, you won't be able to move the Shopify integration. Initiate Shop Transfer: Locate the shop that you want to move from the shop page and select the three-dot menu. Select 'Move'.
Select the Target Workspace: After initiating the move, you will be prompted to select the new workspace where you want the shop to reside. Make sure this workspace has the capacity to handle additional integrations. You can see integration limits based on plans in the Pricing Tiers documentation.
Confirm the Move: Review all details and confirm the move. It’s a good practice to notify any team members who might be affected by this change to avoid any workflow disruptions.
Repeat this step for every shop you want to move to the target workspace.
Shopify Integrations
When you move a shop from one workspace to another, any connected Shopify integrations will also be moved to the new workspace. The shop will continue to be able to access Shopify products and publish to your Shopify store in the new workspace.
Cancel Workspace Billing Plans
For each workspace that’s not the target workspace:
Navigate to Billing Tab of your Replo dashboard.
Select the Manage Plan option to open Replo's pricing plan modal.
At the bottom of the modal, click on Cancel Replo Plan. This will take you to the process of canceling your plan.
